    Child Abuse Report Assistant

    Child Abuse Report Assistant is an SOS Assistant created App to help cube Child abuse in Nigeria. The product is expected to take complaints with accurate information based on the demanded questionnaire for accurate tracking and follow up on the abuse report.

     

     

    MY ROLE

    As the Product Manager for Child Sexual Abuse Report Mobile App, I worked with multidisciplinary and innovative team to take the product from conception to launch. I conducted research, user interviews, managed customer onboarding, design site map and user flow and worked closely with the CEO, product designer and lead engineer.

    As a volunteer in Threshing House (The Body that is helping to curb Child Abuse in Nigeria) I had additional responsibilities including product designing, and Product Marketing.

     

    PRODUCT

    Child Abuse Report Mobile App with web version conceptualized for anyone who wants to report an abuse case or seek cancelling on past or current abuse related issues.

     

    DESIGN PROCESS

    I started my project with a user centric approach, addressing the whole user experience.
    During different phrase of the project. I used variety of research technique to gather data and incorporated the finding into my app design.

    DESIGN STRATEGY

    Keeping target audience in mind, the web/App design process was carried out, connected with the users to understand their problems and needs while helping to make it easier to report child abuse easily.
